Harriet Green

Founder. Harriet is a writer, former business and finance journalist, and investor. She launched HSG in April 2020.

Sophie Tye

Operations Manager. Sophie has nearly a decade of experience in project and client management in the media industry, having led production and delivery at Condé Nast. The linchpin of HSG, she heads up operations and keeps everything running smoothly.

Jamie Adams

Lead Account Manager. Jamie is a writer and content strategist who was formerly the Content Manager at MyWallSt. He has spent years as both a writer and editor in the consumer technology, e-commerce, and fintech sectors. Jamie captains HSG's client accounts, and determines our approach to building media and content functions.

Harry Waters

Harry has been writing professionally for almost a decade. He was previously Head of Content at WeSwap and RationalFX and, having worked with fintechs like Revolut, supports across the HSG portfolio on long form content covering payments, private investment, data commerce and more.

Florence Robson

Florence is former head of content at The Conduit and was an editor for TEDxLondon. She works with HSG’s VC clients, SaaS and fintech companies, and with corporate clients, leading strategic projects like reports and perception audits.

Josh Davis

Josh writes books with entrepreneurs and business leaders, developed messaging for startups and funds, and authored numerous thought leadership reports and articles. He works with HSG’s VC and corporate clients, focusing on meaty, data-driven content.

Lauren Detweiler

Lauren is a copywriter and content strategist with a special focus on SaaS and ghostwriting for leadership. She works across the HSG portfolio, and manages, as well as writes for, our early-stage B2B software clients.

Henry Bell

Henry is an experienced content strategist and writer, specialising in fintech and startups through Series A and B. Former head of content at Dext and Zencargo, he has also advised business across regtech, proptech and crypto. Henry leads on both strategies and execution for HSG’s fintech and SaaS clients.

Toby Knott

Toby is a technical, UX and copywriter, with a background in fintech and payments, having cut his teeth at the likes of LendInvest and He works across the HSG portfolio, with a particular focus on our VC and crypto clients. Toby also leads on web copy creation.

Niamh Cassidy

Niamh is former head of content at fintechs Onfido and Fidel API. She manages, as well as writes for, HSG clients ranging from global fintechs to seed-stage software companies. She specialises in large, strategic projects, and end-to-end delivery.

Gabriella Griffiths

Gabriella is a business journalist and commercial content specialist. She regularly works on special projects at The Times and Sunday Times, as well as supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses with their brand messaging and content – also her focus for HSG clients. Gabriella is a published author and co-hosts a weekly podcast.

Elizabeth Anderson

Lizzy is a financial journalist whose work regularly appears in The Telegraph, The Times Metro, Evening Standard, the i newspaper and BBC. She writes about all areas of finance, and enjoys helping businesses tell their stories. Lizzy works with HSG’s finance and investment clients.

Kerry Leech

Kerry is a content strategist and writer with over 17 years’ experience. She combines tried-and-tested strategies with production, converting content into revenue for HSG clients. Kerry also has specialisms in fintech and marketing.

Rebecca Warrington

Becca is a content strategist and writer, with over a decade’s experience specialising in demand gen content creation and distribution. She works across all our clients, enhancing distribution strategies and backing content production with data. 

Chris Stokel-Walker

Chris Stokel-Walker is a journalist and lecturer based in Newcastle. He is the author of YouTubers: How YouTube shook up TV and created a new generation of stars, and TikTok Boom: China's Dynamite App and the Superpower Race for Social Media. A consummate storyteller, Chris works closely with HSG’s VC clients.

Michael Lane

Michael is former content lead at Klarna, and Fidelity before that. He works closely with our fintech and finance clients, and is also a podcast producer for blue-chip and enterprise firms.

Emily Horton

Emily is a former financial journalist and communications expert, who has a breadth of experience across the private and public sector. She supports the entire HSG portfolio, with a particular focus on fintech and healthtech clients, and earned media. She is also the founder of More Diverse Voices.

Mickaël Ruffinoni

Mickaël is a specialist copywriter and marketer, and HSG’s lead transcreator, working closely with clients rolling out in European markets.

Lois Neville

Lois is an SEO content and copywriter and content marketing specialist, who’s worked with leading highstreet brands and start ups. She works across HSG clients, with a focus on D2C.
